Dr. Tien Ho, NMD is a graduate of Bastyr University where she obtained her Naturopathic Medical Doctor degree and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Engineering with a minor in Biomechanics from the University of Florida. Dr. Ho is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP).
Her philosophy is that health and wellness come from good foundational lifestyle practices, including a healthy diet, good sleep routine, supportive relationships, fulfilling career or purpose in life and spiritual outlet (whether it be through prayer, meditation, or a hike in nature). Relief from pain and suffering can be achieved through the foundations of health and when required, the addition of higher levels of intervention such as physical therapy, nutraceutical supplementation, herbal therapy, and prescription medication.
Her special interests include Pain Management, Autoimmune Disorders, Digestive Issues including IBD (Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis), IBS, Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD in children, and Women's Health issues including Dysmenorrhea, Endometriosis, Fibroids, Interstitial cystitis, and Pelvic Pain.
